I don’t give out full size candy bars for a legacy, I give them out so the teenagers won’t TP my house for giving out crap candy.
So they just doing bad stand-up comedy for ted talks now?
Just something about this dudes eyes……
I keep hearing about full sized candy bars. Mark my words, full sized will become expected in the next 5 years.
The fact that you can’t name more than a handful of billionaires is a feature.
No one stays a billionaire through moral means.
If we knew their names and faces, we’d know who to blame.
If I attach a full-size candy bar to my resume, will that get me an interview? 🤯
We’re house sitting for my girlfriend’s dad and he already bought full sized candy bars for us to give out. Most excited I’ve been for Halloween in decades lol
To be fair, I can’t even remember the names of my first cousins’ children.
My sister had a full size candy bar house. 🙂
Just saying, when you’re that rich they spend most of their time and money trying NOT to be identified. How many celebrities have said they’d rather not be famous once they get there. At least a couple music artist have said it in songs. Russ talks about how if there is a way you can get rich without being famous that’s what you should do cause being famous sucks. Not everyone wants to be remembered by history…they just wanna live their lives.
We hand out 90 full size candy bars every Halloween and then have to give out smaller candy. Those first 90 kids will never forget us.
I grew up in a town with a chocolate factory. All the workers would buy the full sized bars from the factory store for Halloween.
What a time to be a kid!
We’re handing out only little Debbie snacks. Gonna have some happy kids again this year.
I think I recognize that comedian. Can anyone help me with a name?
they intentionally don’t want you to know they are rich.
I thought it was a stand up comedy
Yup. My first year when St Maarten (local halloween) kids came to my door, I was prepared for 50 of them. But there were only 8 (at the same time). I was not gonna eat all of that candy, so I just loaded their bags with candy.
10 years later, at he neighborhood party, I hear the teenagers bragging about the time they got their candy bag filled by the strange man on the 5th floor.
The tradition continues.
Giving out goodie bags with candy & pokemon cards this year
No kidding. I was too young to remember the exact address but one year in Hinsdale, IL in the 90s I got a mini nerf bow and arrow from trick or treating, it blew my mind! had that thing for years growing up.
Let them eat chocolate
One house near me handed our whistles, the parents hated him
fuck, imagine if they all paid their taxes
i thought he was going to say “eat the mona lisa”
To quote the arrogant worms, history is made by stupid people.
That’s so true
I have had a bowl of full sized candy bars (mostly reese’s) every year for the past decade or so (including tonight)… I think I have gotten around 5 total trick or treaters in that time… I just never live in highly trick or treated areas.
Okay so tonight I’m digging through my 6 year olds candy and someone gave this child a full sized Caramello and we’re in America…like drove all the way to the World Market in the next city and bought chocolate imported from England for these kids.

When my kids were little they always wanted to go trick or treating at this one specific house on the block. There was an elderly couple that weren’t able to get to the store to buy the Halloween candy. Their porch light was always on for Halloween and they loved to see all the kids’ costumes. Instead of candy they would reach into their loose change jar by the front door and give the kids a handfull of coins. My kids were always excited to go home and count the change. They too will never forget the kindness that came from that house. Made an impression of generosity forever.
Being a good husband, father and grandfather will ensure you are remembered for as long as is needed. If you want to be remembered after that you should question your motives before anything else, if you still wanna be remembered after that dig wells for communities that need them, put kids through school and feed the poor
We did this the last few years. Puffed out my chest. My kid came back with 10 full size candy bars.
He has no idea how spoiled kids today are.
Happy to say…that’s MY house. I remember moving to a better neighborhood as a kid and on Halloween they gave out FULL SIZE candy bars at a few of the homes. I couldn’t believe it. Always told myself when I own a home it’s full size candy bars for Halloween.
Worrying about post death legacy is kind of silly and narcissistic. Short of your children being proud and potentially financially stable the opinion of randos in society is meaningless. Even more so when it’s essentially praise you want, but you want it when you aren’t around to receive it. The real people who leave legacies are not chasing legacies they are chasing goals that become legacies.
Didn’t realize they did comedy acts at TED talks
Last night I gave out handful songs full size felt great…got best house from kids…..cant buy that but try to get it when you can
I thought this was a stand-up comedy for real
