Mines a Mocking Bird. At least it’s not the same boring chirp. If anything it’s the sound of the near by airplanes starting there departures for the morning. That’s when you know you fucked up and it’s 0500.
Reading through these comments, it’s obv. that these same people never had a cricket find their way into their bedroom and started chirping at night. There is absolutely no way you will fall asleep to that noise. You’ll be up until you find it and get it out of your house……
I remember getting a muliplayer ww2 combat game in college and showed it to my roommate that evening. Skip forward to moring and he comes in and say “you’re up early…” then he saw the pile of mnt dew cans on my desk lol
I’m an avid The Sims player… Wouldn’t be the first time it’s midsummer, temperatures that have the ice in my freezer consider if it’s time to start melting yet… And I expect to see snow outside because it’s snowing in game…

I did that once when I was a young adult. It’s a good thing I didn’t have to work that day.

Working nights had this affect on me. I’d play all night while the family slept on my days off, and then sleep 2 hours or so. Rinse repeat.
