Honorable mention: the Chestburster, from Turok Rage Wars. Inject the enemy with an embryo, run away, 30 seconds later an alien explodes out of their chest, killing them. They could survive by either picking up a health pack or by killing you before it hatched.

Back in high school one of my classmates was describing Turok 2 to me, and his explanation of the cerebral bore really stuck with me till this day.
I fermenter the first time I used it. I was shocked at how fucking brutal it was. And that sound.
There was a similar gun in Turok Evolution that exploded all of their limbs. It was primarily a rocket launcher but the bore thing was its secondary function

Remake, please. Imagine going through the game and finding artifacts, weapons and enemies from various franchises due to the multiversal element of the game.
