Understand that there are a lot of people here who don’t root for the USA. Understand that there are a lot of people here who aren’t happy with the host country. But as a lifelong fan of the sport, I’m thrilled my national team finds itself with a path to the Round of 16.
Was this not called offsides? Looks like the offensive guy was well past the defender by the time the ball got there.
Please correct my understanding of offsides if this seems off.
