This was, as always, wonderfully informative and delightful.
You know, Jay Foreman’s videos are so well and cleverly edited, shot and presented that it feels like it’s almost a waste of his talent to “just” do videos about London trivia.
Don’t get me wrong, that’s not criticism. To the contrary. I am convinced that this guy could direct a feature film that would be a blast to watch.
You can be pretty confident that a reason why something does or does not happen on the east side of communities is because poor people. It’s not foolproof but it’s a pretty reliable trend.
> Lest we forget the Romans built London Bridge where they did specifically because it was the widest place they could build it.
Sorry, the widest place? What? Can someone explain that statement more? I’m not understanding something (my standing knowledge of why Romans built what they built in London is apparently inadequate for this channel)
As someone who lives on the North side of the river down east, I will say crossing over to the South is something I have done maybe less than 10 times ever in my life.

Walking through the Rotherhithe Tunnel is probably like smoking 20 packs of cigarettes.
Because London bridges kept falling down. It’s like you’ve never heard the song.
You couldn’t pay me to swim the Thames.

This was absolutely amazing. The guy is an excellent presenter. Looking forward to watching his other videos
Love the reference to [League of Gentlemen](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=meF7NmfnXZ0) at [5:17](https://youtu.be/pWZ9ZVRQ0Nw?t=317)
Reminder that Jay Foreman’s brother is Beardyman
TLDR?
Edit: Couldn’t make, wouldn’t make, didn’t want, shouldn’t make, make different.
Loved the league of gentlemen reference.
Because they are in Arizona?

I read that as “NO BITCHES?”
I really feel like he buried the lede with adding in the detail of draining the Thames. THAT is an episode I’d like to watch.
But… has London considered an underground tunnel where you can get into a Tesla and have the Tesla drive you through the tunnel?
The French; probably.

Online dating must be a nightmare.
podria ser una buena ruta
isn’t this guy the brother of musician Beardyman?
So large boats can get down the thames to London and the marina there.
Vikings
I need a Francis Bourgeois cameo in one of Jay Foreman’s videos
why did he not edit out the coughing in the tunnel or reshoot that
Highbury Ave, veterans Memorial just to name a few
Drain the river? But….. where would all the water go?
I can’t watch as I’m at work, is it because boats?
Talks about using American IPs in his VPN skit, then talks about the VPN tasting like earwax and sick.
Someone’s clearly tried Hershey’s chocolate.
Cockneys stole them….
Just seeing the title, I would say it’s to have access to the harbors / docks for larger ships. Bridges would need to open.
Cuz London bridges falling down?
They fell down.
