I do like that kind of holder when they’re mounted below the HC bar, so I don’t have to stand up. Especially when they use the 1/2 ply TP, so you need to get on your knees to coax a couple of squares out.
The way my brain works: as you pull down the TP it constantly grazes the metal bar, where no doubt a cripple with chlamydia wiped infectious STD all over it
