I loved the imperial city in oblivion. I felt like I always had something different to do there. Tasks to pick up, someone to rob, stores to rob, guards to rob, barrels to rob. Good times.
Lindblum. Love everything about it: the architecture, the music, the infamous Festival Of The Hunt, the (often funny) NPC dialogue, the shops (especially the synthesist), and, of course, the castle.
