I was always into gaming, but it was only when I played Devil May Cry, everything changed for me, I got it on my 9th birthday and from there on out gaming become such a pivotal part of my life & a hobby I never lost interest in.

Some Paddington bear game for the ps2 since it was my first game
Captain Fizz on Commandore 64.
Ever since that, I’ve been into gaming.
GTA San Andreas was my singleplayer that spent countless hours on it and since then I replay it at least once a year to get that feeling.
OG Zelda
Watching my brother play Super Mario World
It always comes back halo. It was more the timing. In 2001 I was in sixth grade, so I was becoming more aware and growing up. Today, I’m 34 and we’re still rolling 4 or 5 deep in squad battle on Friday nights.
Metal gear solid. Blew my mind
Probably Silent Hill 2. I’ve been gaming most of my life, but this is the first game that I recall ever playing that had a serious/dramatic intriguing story line. My gaming really took off after I played that game.
Wizardry and Dark Castle.
The original Mario Bros. on NES
Did Devil May Cry fill your dark soul with light?
Probably Super Mario 64 or Starfox 64 were the first to really grab me as something more than just a toy. I had a Sega with a few kid games before, but it was just another toy since I was too young to really grasp “gaming”.
Wolfenstein 3D or Doom way back in 93. Bought the shareware disk at Walmart and pored so many hours on the first episode.
Console wise, have to say the first Super Mario Bros.
Final Fantasy X, so many memories. Thinking about replaying it.
King kong for the PS2, well that and MK Shaolin Monks
River Raid.
Probably Donkey Kong Country on the SNES. That’s the earliest game I have memories of.
Ocarina of Time is another contender. I kept my N64 at my grandparents house, and spent a whole bunch of time crowded around the TV with my cousins trying to beat the Water Temple.
Batman Vengeance is probably what tips the scales though. I was obsessed with Batman, and bought it not knowing it was a game for a console I didn’t own. My parents bought me a PS2 for Christmas that year so I could play.
Or Call of Duty: World at War. I convinced my father to run an ethernet cable to my Xbox 360 to buy Verruckt and Shi No Numa, and figured I’d try out online multiplayer. I was hooked.
Mario Bros 3
World of Final Fantasy Maxima. That opened my eyes to all the RPG and fantasy experiences waiting for me and my big imagination.
TLoZ: OoT
Onimusha
Devil May Cry 3 and Armored Core PS2
A:DOOMSETUP.EXE
Then the rest is history…
The Yakuza franchise. I’ve actually started learning Japanese cuz of the series as well
Halo CE. I got into clan scrims and never looked back
