People have already answered but I’ll add that if you like this game then you should check all of the final fantasy tactics. The one most like this is final fantasy tactics A2 Grimoire of the rift for ds. It’s pretty good as well!

One of the best game boy advanced games to ever grace my eyeballs. This, golden sun, advanced wars and pokemon.
