It would be like how the spiderman games look, except with a more realistic touch like how civilians get disintegrated in “The Boys” when A Train runs through the civilian in the first episode. So the game was based on skill about when and where to safely use your powers.
Something where at the end you travel back in time and you start the game over from the start but with all of your abilities you’ve gained over the game.
Obviously the game needs to be fast, personally I’d love a cool parkour element added to the running, automatically vaulting over obstacles rather than just barreling through everything, would also need seamless transitions from running on standard ground to water or on walls,
Imagine chronicles of riddick: escape from butcher bay combined with superhot. Pretty much exactly like that. What would be nice is if there was a mechanic where there’s really no limit to how fast you can go except if you go too fast, you increase your chance of accidentally running through time, and fucking up the timeline. The more you do that, the higher chance you place yourself somewhere inconvenient, and also get some timeline-managing enemies to come after you in increasing numbers
Here’s what I’m thinking: the modern sonic levels from sonic generations, but with a big difference. The game is level based, like old school games and the plot plot centers around the Flash’s power being drained at the beginning and you gradually earn it back. The first levels move slow so you can get the grasp of the controls and as you get further and further in the game things get faster and faster.
I was thinking about it and I think it’s impossible to make a good one. Flash is so fast that he’d either have to be heavily nerfed (so what’s the point of doing it in the first place) or the game would have to be in uber slow motion and opponents wouldn’t stand a chance.
Super time dilation, not just when running (so you see where you are going) but during mundaine activities. Let Barry goof off, move things around the room, etc while the world moves at 1/1000 time.
MIT made a game that simulated going at the speed of light. I think it was called “a slower speed of light”. The colors would change, the objects would start to bend, lots of cool stuff going on there. I would like to see something like that happen in the game.
Just a small part of it, like how other superhero games have random crimes happening this game would have them too but instead of being combat sections they would be puzzles.
Bad guy is shooting a gun, you can either go after the bullets, move the people out of the way or take him out, plus some other stuff could be going on. You can do it all because you are the fastest man alive but you need to choose the right order to make sure you save everyone
I always imagined a Flash game playing fairly similar to what they used for Saints Row 4 and how they did their running powers and maybe adding more to it like phasing through walls and more flash like powers. The only thing I’m stumped about is how they’ll handle combat, he’s too powerful for common thug type enemies so I wonder what type of challenges they would have the players do
Running really fast
Have you ever played any Sonic game?

Fast travel to other places, or I’m out.
I used to play Flash video games all the time.
It would be cool if he ran really fast

Sonic Adventure but with Flash.

Set in Hawaii, where you beat up people and steal their wallets.
Wouldn’t he be too fast to be playable?

Need for Speed: Tokyo Drift but replace your car with the Flash.
the cameraman is the fastest man alive… if this is not a fact stated in the game.. i wont play it
What do you mean if? There were Flash games all over the internet 20 years ago.
Flashtime, like Max Payne bullet time but for punching faces and/or dicks
Reskin of sonic, including shortcuts. Gotta be able to speedrun that game
First??? My first Gameboy cart was The Flash. Loved it.
Developed in flash

Lmao flash is kill
The lightning lightsabers from one of flash shows
I’m stupid and read Flash Video Game like a flash game you’d find on Newgrounds and was like “Huh?”
Super time dilation, not just when running (so you see where you are going) but during mundaine activities. Let Barry goof off, move things around the room, etc while the world moves at 1/1000 time.
Mirrors Edge x Superhot? Good time and motion play
Reverse Superhot, where the faster you move or run the slower the world moves around you
To represent the speed, flash should move fast but everything else should be in slow motion.
Try playing DC UNIVERSE ONLINE. I think it would be like that but with modern graphics.
But his power wouldn’t be great for a non VR game imo.
I think there should try it if we ever get a SAO like gaming setup and think the experience would be so much better!

SPEEED
Just don’t do what they did with the Superman game on the Xbox360.
When flash runs fast as an attack it should look like old school bullet time with that funky base sound effect.
Like Metroid
A game that’s about 270 gb
Just a small part of it, like how other superhero games have random crimes happening this game would have them too but instead of being combat sections they would be puzzles.

Would be a 1:1 reskin of Superman64, but played at 3x speed, and with massive input lag.
A 2 hour campaign

The ability to play normal. Like you could be in GTA like game, except you move like hella fast (or they move hella slow).
