I’d suggest Xenoblade Chronicles but your title implies you plan on going to TOTK day one so I’ll say Metroid Dread.

Advance Wars or Mega Man Battle Network of you want some classics recently rereleased.

Not switch games but: Halo Infinite and Elden Ring are the best games that were, most likely, inspired by Breath of The Wild.
Not botw, the fact that they have the same map means it’ll feel as if you’re playing an expansion instead of a sequel when the game does come out.
