It’ll leave you hanging
just cutting in line to see how its going.
I love this game I showed my brother and he cried lol
Such a cute dating simulator. The Monica character was my favorite, such a genuinely sweet person.
yeah. I sure hope.
My favorite character was MrMilkies. (The stuffed cow)
Famous last words
Wholesome fun for the whole family
I have never played doki doki literature club….. What’s gonna happen?
This desperately needs a hentai version.
Be prepared things are not what they seem in the lititure club
This game is too hard when you play it with one hand

She will always be there for you
Pro tip; when Natsuki wants you to play with her, you do it.
Monica is the best!
What I wouldn’t give to play this game for the first time again.
Remember to hang out with your friends. And be nice, don’t just string them along.
this whole ddlc is a cringefest
i dont care that brainrot plottwist that monika is a dimension blender yandere its just trash and thats it
Monika “best girl”
“Hang” in there til the end, it’s worth it
Rated M for Monika
At the end of game you get a girlfriend, so it’s a plus.
Good luck, i like this game, trurly no thing happend
The game is decent but just Monika really didn’t felt like a one dimensional character, Sayori kinda just hangs there in the background for most of the game, Yuri is a little to sharp witted for my taste and Natsuki is just a pain in the neck
I still have them in a folder on my desktop… She can’t find them there.
I saw it was free and got it in my library. Should i play it?
Edit: i’m currently both sad and scared
I wanted to date Yuri, but I just couldn’t cut it.
Chuckles

I hope we get a sequel or a remake that uses AI for the character dialogue. Or, at least for Monika.
Oops, it’s all Monica !
Oh, you don’t even know the half of it
T’would be a shame if this Monica chap turned out to be an unsavory fellow
I played to the part where the girl was hung and haven’t touched it since
I feel like this game is hard to recommend to a friend
Giving it to a person who doesn’t like Visual Novel, especially hard school romance is hard, the first 2 hour is very normal, cliche, bunch of girls liking new boy kinda thing, so you will be “Nah, just play it” “continue to play without looking it up” thus making you somewhat kinda spoil them that there’s something bad going to happen
Giving it to a person who likes VN, who loves romance, they will probably hate it because the sudden direction it took, i’ve few friends who’s into anime, they hate this game [because](/spoiler “their favorite girl died”)
The best part is when it first released and no one know what it is, the pure horror reaction from everyone is priceless lol
How would something as wholesome as a literature club be nsfw? Please take off the filter thanks.
Once I get familiar with my new therapist, I’m showing him this game.
Gee, can’t think of anything going wrong with the giant store page warning and the five in game warnings about content. Almost like you know going into it things will get dark.
One of the best visual novels I’ve ever played. It even got me back into piano again and I’m learning a third song from it! It has scary moments but id mostly say don’t play it if you’re struggling with depression or are otherwise emotionally unwell. There’s a lot of triggering mental issues that get highlighted, some of which very unexpectedly that some people may have issues with. If you can get past that the game is well written and has an interesting story and ddlc+ will make you ugly cry guaranteed. Love it.
DDLC is actually incredible commentary on the tropes in anime stories and in visual novel style games. What are you actually hoping for when you play? What would it actually mean for someone to have a personality based in anime tropes?
It’s even better because it doesn’t disparage the tropes themselves, it only makes the player ask what they’re trying to achieve.
I love it to pieces for that reason alone.
Stupid question, but I have to ask:
Is this game safe to stream on Twitch or wherever?
I am really intrigued but I don’t want spoilers so I can’t really look things up.
Just know that it’s not as cute as it seems.
As someone with a hatred to the game, uninstall pls (I said pls so you have to)
Someone spoil it for me. I know it has a dark twist but I’m not interested in weeb stuff or visual novels.
Yuri is my favourite! She’s a cut above the rest
