How this video is shot is hilarious. This is edited like one of those flipper home shows. These guys are just yuppie developers. These types of guys have been around for decades. That city could have hired contractors on their own to turn the building into affordable low income housing.
“I bought a shitty flipped apartment building and converted it into a high school.” Would’ve been way cooler.
But no… fuck the community.
This is great and all but woulda been nice had these pieces not promoted them as they did the manual labor to renovate. Nah, they contracted all the actual labor to do these massive renovations. So, they get the credit for having the capital and determination to seek out the means for others who did the actual work.
