Crown of thorns? Interesting to say the least. Looks like some action scenes are going to be good.

Season 1 was a surprise for me, very fun. Looking forward to this season, I hope they don’t cancel it. This one got hit by Covid delays, so you’ll never know what kind of viewer numbers it will get.
This show was a pleasant surprise. Cast wasnt all that bad and it had a slow start, a bit of bad writing but the ending reveals and lore were great, it seems they are diving deeper into that with the addition of the crown of thorns and more powers. Looking forward to it.

S1 had some good art direction, iirc. Photographed nicely and the effects-heavy bits didn’t look like shit. Maybe a little more texture than the Netflix average.
It’s been so long, finally
Finally. I was waiting for a surprise cancellation to happen. Glad we are getting a second season. The first season was fun. I went in it expecting a Buffy type set up. What I got was more of a Constantine type set up. I prefer the later. I am ready for Shotgun Mary to come back.

Season One had some great fight scenes . The scene in the corridor taking out the guards was excellently done.

Kinda surprised this got renewed comparing other YA trash Netflix was spitting out every other month. Shadow and bone was best of the bunch and rightfully got renewed.
I suppose some will be salty coz they favorite YA trash didn’t get renewed.
