Wal-Mart “InHome” Service, may require the purchase of a smart device. A tiny note shows at bottom of ad, at the last few seconds. So it requires an app, an electronic door lock, security system access, etc?

8.3 Cancellation of an Order by an Associate. Delivery Personnel may cancel a delivery or return pickup if, using their sole discretion: they feel unsafe in the Home, there is an uncontained pet in the Home, or minors are present without an adult in the Home. Additionally, Delivery Personnel may cancel an order or return pickup if they cannot access the property or the Home due to issues with the Companion Products, unreasonable obstacles for entering the Home, a non-disabled alarm system, or any double lock which blocks entry. Please see Section 4.2 above regarding disarming alarms and security systems.
4.2 Delivery Personnel Access to Your Home. You represent and warrant that your Home will be safe and free of any hazards. I don’t understand what’s your issue with that. The idea of a Walmart employee entering to your home is scary as it is. All it requires a security lock which absolutely makes sense if you are going to let a random person enter your home.
And I don’t see where it says it requires a security alarm, all it says is that it must be disabled before the Walmart employee enters your home.
