Mixing pot is surprised that a races values and cultures is stripped away. It’s by design.
The food sucks and there is better Chinese food in the same city. They’re really clinging to the “oldest Chinese restaurant in America” schtick. I had a run in with Jerry Tam and he was a complete asshole. Don’t eat there.
