Looks like the old Delta Force games.
Weird. All I had to do was push the power button on my console and launch the game. Runs super smooth with no frame drop.
edit: lmao PC cultists get so upset when people genuinely enjoy consoles/mobile for gaming.
Every frame so masterfully rendered, it makes you want to stop and appreciate every one

Looks like a slow HDD problem, broken m2/ssd, using an integrated card or Thermal throttling. Could a well be a broken Driver.
I have been suprised how well it runs on my Xbox Series S.
Not as well as Warzone 1, but still chugging along quite well.

I had some games start to do this. It was the Citrix video driver that got installed for my remote access.

Same system and it runs great. Definitely not your system make sure your drivers are updated and temps are good. My buddy’s 3900x was running at like 90c playing cod mw2 causing him crashes. Prob his own fault for not changing thermal paste. But fyi I max out everything in 1440p with 3080 and 9900k and get a locked 75 frames. Could prob get more but i just lock it there so its smooth. Reinstall your drivers and potentially the game then try again after a restart of your system. And for the love of god dont tell me your running an hdd for your system. This looks like it’s running on your system integrated graphics not your gpu… maybe reseat your GPU as well.

I had the same issue. Changed the VRAM from 85% to 80% and it fixed the issue for me.

Hell, I updated it from steam and now the game won’t even load up for me. Not sure what the hell happened but anyone have a fix or answer? Didn’t change any settings.
I played this game on 1080 ti, 2080, 3090, and all had occasional issues with the game like stutters and frame drops. They just need to optimize it little more.

It *may* be a driver issue. MAY. DrLupo had this issue this morning. Rebooting his PC fixed it. I had the same issue last night, restarting fixed it.
