My uncle had a small house on his property where his mother used to live. By this time she was long dead and I think the house was empty. It had a tree growing out of from a corner of the house. Tree got hit and took the house with it. Looked a lot like this.
What’s kind of astounding is that you look at all that heat and energy and yet most people survive being struck by lightning (that said, most have permanent injuries from it as well), but man, you’d think it would kill people 95% of the time looking at that tree.
You need to make a baseball bat out of the remaining wood.
