Wild! Just yesterday I learned about the Retreat Tower on the most recent Lore podcast [episode](https://www.lorepodcast.com/episodes/legends13).
It’s pretty stunning despite its creepy history,
Retreat Tower in Brattleboro, VT. The tower was built by Brattleboro Asylum patients in the 1800s. It was closed later because too many patients committed suicide by jumping off the tower. There’s a local rumor that the tower is haunted.

That’s the retreat tower in Brattleboro, I used to work security for the mental hospital that owns the land, I would walk those trails all time during my “patrols”
