Yes?
The best Doctor
I’ve grown to love several of the regenerations, but Tom will always be *my* Doctor.
The greatest! It was like having Willy Wonka as the Doctor. Such a charismatic and skilled actor!
He’s the same age as my mum, who is a bit of a Time Lady in her own quiet way
Now I want a Jelly Baby.
Love Tom☮️❤️
You have a woman’s hand m’lord
Met Tom at a Doctor Who convention in Palo Alto in the early 80’s. He was so friendly and such a gentleman. I remember he made a point to say how much he loved the nice weather in California.
Oh wow… he lost a LOT of weight…
Tom WAS my childhood Doctor Who, lovely to see him and the scarf again!
Legendary
The goat.
Would you like a jelly baby?
My very favorite Dr., I loved watching Dr. Who on PBS.
He’ll always be Puddleglum to me
He was THE Doctor back when I first saw the show, and was my ongoing fave up to the return of Dr. Who (Eccleston, Tennant – my new fave – Smith & Capaldi – all excellent in the role) – but Tom is the guy that first grabbed my head…and I just LOVE the story behind the scarf.
(BTW, I do love the idea of Jodie Whittaker as The Doctor; I think she did well, but was hampered by poor production & less than stellar writing – in spite of which, I believe she acquitted herself admirably.)
Absolutely the best Dr Who!
Used to watch him as a little kid on PBS. The show epitomized the late 70’s sci-fi era so well. It was a little funny, a little erotic, and a little grotesque. There always seemed to be a parasite invading someone. He was so good in his role, perfectly personifying the hero for that era. Miss that show.
My favorite Doctor. I just watched him in The Golden Voyage of Sinbad (1973). I would have never recognized him without IMDb.
Gen X. This is my Doctor
He may be the 4th doctor but he looks like the 1st Mr Heckles.

Oh my he’s certainly a lot thinner and frail looking compared to his cameo in the movie
The absolute best Dr . Love love love the scarf.
it’s really concerning that i thought this was CGI
I’m 49. He’ll always be MY Doctor Who.
.. some people have Bonds.
Damn, if you’d have told me that was somebody other than Tom Baker, I wouldn’t have even questioned it.
Jesus, he’s lost a lot of weight since the last time I saw him. Dude’s looking *frail*. That’s kind of sad to see, honestly.
Tom is the Doctor. And you can still see it in his eyes and the upturn of his mouth. The joy of it all. Thank you my Doctor!
Tom Baker was my first Doctor and the best!
Those eyes. That was the thing with Tom’s Doctor – the thrill of the unknown, right there in those eyes. He’s still got it.
THE Doctor.
Reading the comments, as someone who has never watched an episode of Dr Who, I realize this is also “My Doctor”. When ever someone mentions Dr Who I think of this guy because of how iconic that scarf was.
