At my work(bartender USA) we actually are the only bar/restaurant (that I know of) with a “foot option” to open the bathroom doors. It’s a metal pedal-looking contraption that is screwed to the bottom of the door so that you can use your foot rather than hands. It’s pretty cool actually.

There are some malls in my city that have sensors and actuators to open and close the doors slowly as well. A true no contact from end to end, unless of course you need to poop. A more adventurous person can try full contactless in this case though.
