I thought perhaps that the dog was going to conclude that therefore the human is a toy. I don’t know why I would think a dog would process like I might. For instance, I can’t conceive why mine will fish out a used kleenex and happily bring it over and drop it in front of me.

Ever notice how the dog brings the toy to the human but never the human to the toy?
This is an interesting way of seeing things. People just assume that when dogs do this, they want to play, but what if they just want to pile the things they like together?
