These are 2 of my most favorite console games of all time. Made for completely different audiences, yet I still feel nostalgia for both of them.

WAIT who do you play on dead island and did you find all those developer mods?
Try *SpongeBob : Battle for Bikini Bottom*, the original XBox/PS2/GameCube version if possible.
It was developed immediately after Night of 100 Frights by the same dev team, and it absolutely slaps.
Dead Island felt so ahead of its time. World felt so massive.
Oh my god. I still remember bouncing on the tight ropes and trampoline by scooby with the cool music and the laugh track. Just look up The Mystic Playground Ost and boom!
I feel like those are made for the exact same audience.
Holy shit I could never remember which Scooby Doo game i rented at Blockbuster as a kid on ps2 and it was this one Night of 100 Frights! Woah nostalgia wave, thanks for sharing op
Oooooooooo champaaaaaaaaign champaign. You want to party with Svety!?
In 2003 I was 5, and I got a PS2 for Christmas with that Scooby Doo game, along with ATV Offroad Fury and Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2. I really tried hard to like it. But it was just a little to technical for 5 year old me. My mother ended up loving it, and when I got older and tried to play it, I found out I couldn’t because it gave me motion sickness. I still have that game. Haven’t touched it in nearly 10 years. Maybe this is my sign to break it out and try it again.
what theyre both scary games
First time seeing someone call that Scooby-Doo game one of their favorites. I loved that game as a kid, such a good atmosphere and such fun platforming.
