Good if it works… I’ve seen many around my area showing bogus numbers which causes confusion all round. 😬
Is not what the yellow light is for?
Thats normal here, but instead of taking place of the yellow light, its on the side
I could see this leading to unplanned intersection meetings between yellow light opportunists and green light anticipators.
So now being able to count is smart?
This has been in my country for decades
We have this here in Canada in some places but the number count down goes on the pedestrian signal and not the actual stop light.
Edit: handy, but a lot of drivers will just gun it to get through the light if it’s on a few seconds left and some people will start to slow down even if its a green so good and bad lol
