“The sky is cloudy, yet the sun is beaming.” is some real positive thinking type shit. Obviously was not the narrators original intention, but I needed a reminder that despite temporary hardships, lots of good stuff didn’t stop existing just bc I can’t currently see it.

Most big folks go along with these jokes because we have to. it is not funny to us, and trust me, even if he is fine with the joke, the man will think on this later.
