Everyone remembers their first time seeing a deathclaw. The scariest part was when you turn to run but you can’t because your already getting hit.
This is the reason I carry too much antivenom when I’m not even in their territory

Other than that, the subway tunnels in fo3 always gave me terrible anxiety.
Scariest thing for me is stupidly forgetting to save a good hour in…then dying from something incredibly dumb. A la thinking I could take on the entire Caesar’s Legion just cuz.
