Where is this? Still waiting for the oft-postponed Detroit exhibit to appear here. Was it worth the wait?
I saw it in Hamilton, Ontario and it was great!
Super dope saw it in Boston and flexed my art history knowledge on the wifey
Starry, starry night
Paint your palette blue and gray
We did it in Upper Darby, PA and it was awesome. We did the optional VR experience after spending 40 minutes enjoying the the room shown in the pic. The VR was a game changer. I bought an Oculus Quest 2 the next day. I hate Meta, but this thing is awesome.
I was underwhelmed to be honest but I went when it was pretty busy. I thought it’d be more of a walk through but you end up in this room and it was filled with people sitting on the ground and trying not to get in eachothers way. Add in the instagram girls taking photos everywhere and I couldn’t get into it.
If you happen to go at the right time then yea, maybe worth it.
It’s currently in Canberra, Australia – I really wanted to go, but over $50 is a bit too much for my budget.
I’ve heard lots of feedback – good and bad, so I guess it’s a hit and miss kinda thing…
It’s a shitty experience
its so immersive, you can really taste the starry night
i did this in Provence, France and there was classical music playing as well. I found the sensory stimulation amazing
