That was my very first sk8 board. My dad bought it for me from Zellers. 1985 maybe? I’ve been sk8ing ever since. Anyone else remember coming home from school to watch this with the degrassi street? Yay Kamloops bc
I used to watch that show all the time. I strangely remember some episode where they suspected their teacher was a lesbian. At the end, one of the main characters asked her directly on the steps to the school. The teacher said she wasn’t but would it matter if she was? It was a mind fuck for some reason.
Aww, this takes me back. My parents would sit down with me and make me watch with them, then make me discuss whatever drama was going on that week. Sweet in retrospect, but at the time, it was torture: “Now what mistakes do you think Spike and Shane made this week?”
I had never heard the name Caitlin until I watched this show (I was an adult). I named my daughter Caitlin in 1988, thinking it was a beautiful and unusual name. I was wrong! Everybody named their daughters Caitlin that year and for many after.
*Joey Jeremiah, please report to the principal’s office.*
*Oh, man!*
Everybody wants something…
Back when they would allow normal looking kids to act.
Spike!
The best cast, and they covered all the controversial subjects affecting kids.
*Wake up in the mornin’ / Feelin’ shy and lonely*
All the way with Stephanie Kay!
This was an excellent show, I loved it when I was a kid.
Well I wish that I was Joey Jeremiah
I would never do my homework
I would say up late and
Dream about Kaitlyn
I would never kick Wheels out of my house…..
Mmmmm… Maybe I would
I would run around the caf naked
Just to get the car of my dreams
Everyone would think I’m so cool
I’d wear crazy hats to school
Ya oh ya oh ya oh ya
Wheels and Snake are missing. And the twins.

Had a crush on Stephanie Kay.
Go all the way with Stephanie K

I love this show. The episode the school burnt down was pretty tense.
great show. I loved the first version of the show. I never watched the later versions of it.
My mom was on this show, she played Spike’s mother who helps she has to tell about getting pregnant in a couple episodes
This is my first Degrassi!
🤯 Degrassi was a remake??
You really have a thing for Canadian melodrama!
I just have a thing for girls that say ah-boot.
where’s Caitlyn? what a babe.
The Zit Remedy.
Poor Wheels. Both his character life and real life were tragic.
The best class! Spike! Joey Jeremiah!! Anyone know where we can watch the old stuff?
