There’s places in the US where beer can morph into a cross between bear and burr. Kind of hard to spell it out phonetically, you have to hear it. Not once have I ever heard someone convert bear to beer. Even the same southern accent that turns oil into earl just makes bear, baaar.

What accent is this even meant to be? Because aside from “bear/beer” it kind of sounds like she’s doing a bad Charlestonian accent.

It’s a British TV show about a production group where almost everything goes wrong. Clips like this can be taken out of context and seem trite.
