Looking forward to this. I really enjoyed the first season. Hopefully this gets more people to check it out because I never really saw any discussion about this show.
I enjoyed the first season, it was interesting to see how different characters interpreted the same sequence of events.
Surprised there wasn’t more discussion online about it, it seems like the perfect show for people to search for clues and make theories each week before the killer is revealed at the end of the season.
I loved the first season, but it seems this time they’re leaning hard into the ‘every episode has a different theme’ gambit, with (from what I can tell) a black-and-white movie episode, a weird regency historical drama episode etc..
S1 was a great time. Really been looking forward to this, I think the shtick of having a different perspective each episode worked well and was hoping it would continue
I’m sure this will be great but eating potpourri as a snack is an old joke by now (they did it in Ghosts (UK) from 2019, and I doubt they were the first)
I hope this season has a better cadence and plot. I loved the varying themes to each character’s recounting of the events, but Jesus was it still a slog. Each episode barely revealed any new clues about the murder until the last one which dumps a whole mess of facts that were mostly discovered off screen by Haddish’s character.
We need more of her actually working the case instead of becoming a “looking glass” for the audience and then all of a sudden solving the case at the last second.

Hopefully it works out well though.
Another great cast and leaning into the satire of it all. Count me in

Good that Tiffany Haddish wasn’t cancelled. I love her since Tuca & Bertie
Brilliant cast for this season, can’t wait
Stingray from Cobra Kai is in this I’m in
I’m almost getting modern Wes Anderson vibes
Just hoping Jamie Taco doesn’t steal his lines 🙏🏽
Ken Jeong’s being the Regency romance is wild.
This was a really fun show. I didn’t quite get the premise in the first one since it was so “normal”.
But the second one makes it clear how it works.
The third was my favorite though loved the singing.
It’s coming July 12th.
John Cho on a horse!! Reminds me of his scene in Selfie (which might be getting a movie)
hmm i like the cast but i thought aniq/zoe were really annoying.

Season 1 was great. I’m excited to see John Cho join the cast, he always gives standout performances.

Poppy Liu was one of the the only good things in Sunnyside, waiting for her to blow up.
Season 1 was fun but probably could have been an episode or two shorter. Hope this is tighter.
