Tough day, bud. I feel this to my core every time I see it.

Wow, brings back so many memories. Def one of my favourite consoles, alongside the PS2. I literally cried (was young) when mine got the RRoD.
I had three 360s red-ring on me before I had one that lasted. My condolences but yeah, that’s a long innings.
Rest peacefully old king

Damn. Had two of these bad boys give me the red rings. Luckily my elite is still kicking and dad even plays it now.
RROD PTSD
Wait wait wait you didnt toss it yet right? 3 reds means overheating/power supply issues!! I had it happen to mine a few times cleaned the fan openings of dust worked fine, then the other times i got a new power supply(the big bulky box that plugs into the power cord) and boom still working.
You might be able to fix it yourself if you look it up online.
I’d try to salvage any memory before attempting, obviously but at this point what do you got to lose?

I still have the first generation Xbox 360 elite I bought back in ’07 brand new. Still works to this day, never rrod and never sent back for any service. Very surprised it has lasted 15 years. Still use it to this day for streaming apps in our downstairs den.
13 years?? Mine lasted 2 lmao
Pour one out

The Red ring of death, my mortal enemy.
That’s truly heartbreaking and I hope you can fix it. I’ve had mine since 2007 and it still holds up! Keep us updated
Sleep well, soldier. You’ve earned it.

The exact video I used over 10years ago.
You can rest now.
My Xbox 360 is still rocking it
I just had to replace it completely a few years back
Don’t chunk it I still have 2 360s one I had to send back the other i case swapped and after a few YouTube videos bought heat sinks for the mobo and some fans if you are handy you can bring it back to life . Also F
13 years? Wow. It lasted for quite some time. Amazing.
Rip
I still have one of these just to play culdracept saga

Three reds means it ain’t quite dead
My 360 has survived this three times. Me and my brother just shut it off and don’t touch it for a week and it works. It’s still alive today
I see that your power supply is red. It may be faulty and the issue. Unplug it from the Xbox, let it cool down, see if it turns green.
Detach your hhd with the power off, turn it back on. See if that’s your issue.
If you’ve a memory card slotted in, take it out and turn the Xbox back on, see if that resolves your issue.
Let us know if these tips worked.
I gave my dad my old xbox360 and he tired booting it up this year and sadly got the red ring of death aswell :,) so many great memories
RIP
Same here but PS3. Lasted me from launch month until last year when it got the YLoD.
My SNES from 1992 is still running fine tho
Bro get an x or actually even a S. It’s going to blow your mind with the speed.
Lifetime warranty for this issue. Got mine fixed 4 times by xbox for the same issue over 10 yrs until I finally retired it to a family member. Just call xbox and they will fix it
Hail the victorious dead.
360 was my last console before switching to PC, brings back memories. Ran through three of them before the Xbone came out even though they were well taken care of, but my OG fat Playstation 2 still runs smooth as butter
