If only Fable 2 and Fable 3 played as well as they looked.
They never quite managed to capture the magic of the first one and that disappointed me a lot, not much is based on British/Germanic mythology, and certainly not as well presented as Fable was.
If you’re a stickler for that kind of setting, you’ll probably enjoy Kynseed. Very different game, but similar setting and atmosphere.
Fable 3 was so interesting. It took all of the fun parts of Fable 1 and 2 and just threw them out then acted like the result was something new and fun.
I just began my third play through! I’ve resolved to become an ethical landlord, play as much lute, bake as many pies, and smack as much steel as necessary to save everyone while keeping my promises
Can’t wait for 4 to come out eventually. It’s been too long since anyone scratched the particular RPG itch that fable scratches.

I really want to start from first game . This looks gorgeous !
I had such high hopes for that game…
Heart stopped thinking this was Fable 4
I would LOVE if Fable 2 and 3 came out on Steam. Such amazing games. I replay 1 every few years to get that nostalgia hit.
I love fable cities, they look alive

Good old nastalgia
🙁 I loved Fable. Then Fable 2 was console exclusive. Then Fable 3 was garbage.
Now I’m sad. 🙁
