Ah yes, playing with the Compact Disc Disk.
No idea what’s going on here, but fun fact for you.
Animal Crossing on the GameCube only needed to be in the system until the “Press Start” screen. The rest of the game was run off the RAM already loaded into the system and could be played in full without the disc.
Also it’s a ps4 disc
Based Legacy Console Edition.
Same thing happened me years ago when I first got FFXIV, put the disc in once and it unlocked the access to the digital version. I was able to just download it from the store after that even though I had never bought the digital copy.

In my opinion the greatest version of Minecraft. Glad it broke and now you can play it without having to find the disk.
I am not a ps user but if anyone find out the reason pls tell me too…I’m interested to know why and how it is happening
