How’s this funny? It’s just someone who parked terribly.
I feel like it’s totally acceptable. In other countries, it’s no big deal.
I’m guessing they parked on the sidewalk due to mobility reasons. They might as well just park in the produce section or the pharmacy while they are at it.

As someone who drives a wheelchair van, (I have a brother I care for who is in a wheelchair) I’ve seen worse. Looks like there’s enough loading zone for anyone to get in or out. I wouldn’t be mad at this personally. Still fuck that guy though.

Some people don’t realize the being extraordinarily stupid and/or assholes doesn’t entitled them to use disabled spots

Just remember when you park shitty or messed up because the way the other cars are parked when you got there and then they all leave but your car is still there you look like the asshole , so don’t forget one picture doesn’t tell the entire story.

I’m going to swim against the tide here, but please hear me out. If you look at the license plate of the parked car, you will see it has a handicap sign.
Here’s what I am guessing happened:
1. Person with significant mobility issues (as evidenced by their handicap license plate) goes to park. Finds that all the handicap spaces are taken and there no open space close by enough for them to reasonably make use of.
2. Decides to park in such a way that allows them to access this place due to their mobility issues, even if it is an illegal spot. Maybe they have something really urgent; I have no idea what type of place this is or who they are or the challenges they face or what they are doing at this place.
3. Person purposefully pulls up far enough and at an angle to allow for sufficient loading and unloading space for the occupied handicap spot next to them.
4. After that person leaves their car and goes inside, the car in the handicap spot next to them is returned to, pulls away and leaves.
5. Someone comes by and sees the bizarrely parked car next to a now empty handicap space and snaps a picture for Reddit karma.
Do I know this is how it happened? Nope.
Could this person or made a better judgement call? Likely.
But this may not be the outrage that people are making it out to be.
