Hey @MarchMadnessMBB @ArizonaMBB why did Benedict Mathurin have to touch a @TCU cheerleader in the breast? pic.twitter.com/4qe9rP7Oqx

I couldn’t find any posts discussing this. Interested in others thoughts here and what, if any, repercussions should result. His last minute adjustment to boob height makes me think it’s intentional.
Either he did it intentionally and he should see repercussions
Or
It was an accident.
IMO,
It honestly doesn’t look intentional, and it seems the moment he touched something he reacted. He also was not looking at the girl, he was looking at the crowd. Waving around arms to psych up the crowd is quite normal. I call this a wrong place at the wrong time. He should still apologize regardless.
That’s suspect at best. Really weird that he outstretched his hands, then extended them again right before touching her.
It looks like he was reaching out for a high five and assumed she’d respond in turn. She did not.
Seems insulting to sexual assault victims.
[the reverse angle](https://twitter.com/UA_Cattracks/status/1506472420797911045?t=6rbPH_C0oPU9ewM7LZ69Yg&s=19) looks like neither of them even really noticed it happened and it certainly doesn’t look intentional considering he’s not looking even remotely at her.
Complete non incident. Dude has long arms. It was an accidental. Why would someone touch her in that fashion intentionally? It wasn’t like he felt her up. His hand awkwardly touched her for a second. Even the biggest perv would get nothing from that. Neither him or the cheerleader reacted after he touched her.
Mathurin is a star player on a college campus who I’m sure has no trouble finding consensual attention from cheerleaders or other women. It makes no sense to think that this brief touch was intentional imo.
This sub is ridiculous now, it looks like he didn’t even touch her. And if he did, it was an accident I’m sure he wouldn’t even want to. What idiot would purposely do that in front of hundreds of people and cameras? He had his hands out, it’s just what you do as a celebration at the end of a game. People debating have obviously never played a sport. There’s no way he just “assaulted” her
