Tilapia is a freshwater fish, usually farmed. What does this have to do with warmer coastal waters? Seems a stretch to try to connect this woman’s unfortunate incident with something to do with global warming.

I had some bad food poisoning from bad tilapia once. Not fun. Had me down for nearly a week. If fish even remotely smells off, don’t eat it.
This is why I avoid fish like tilapia and catfish
used to work for a fisheries bureau, some fish farms i’ve visited use pig carcasses to feed tilapia and catfish. pigs that die from disease.

First of all, most Tilapia come from China where they are fed literal poop. This is not an exaggeration. Tilapia feed in algae in the wild but will eat poop if nothing else is available.
