> With wit and whimsy, each story in the collection shines a spotlight on women’s experiences and how women navigate through other’s perceptions of them as well as their own. Highlighting what it means to be a woman, these stories are considered “darkly comic feminist fables.”[1]
From the description of the show I expected the show to be a dark comedy around everyday struggles of a woman like sexual harassment, pay inequality etc. but a trailer of a woman on a shelf, someone eating photos and a girl dating a duck has definitely got me intrigued to say the least.
I didn’t slog through S01 of The Leftovers, all of The White Lotus, every dreadful minute of Big Little Lies, and Station Eleven to turn around and watch this. I’m out!
:/
Looks weird…but in a good way. I’ll check it out for sure.

It is kinda surprising to see familiar faces like Nick Kroll, Jake Johnson, Daniel Dae Kim, and Chris Lowell in here.
I see Alison Brie and Betty Gilpin in the cast list…..
So, this isn’t a remake of that Celtic TV show that starred Heath Ledger?
The only ones that look interesting to me are Kidman’s and Brie’s.
Oh yea. I’ll check this out
The team of GLOW is behind this. And Alison and Betty are in there. Should be really good and interesting!
I still need that season 4 of GLOW though

Thought this was going to be a remake of the Heath Ledger 90’s show but this looks cool too.
Still no jon hamm show?
Hard pass. I guess even Apple TV has to make some zeroes too.
[Not one single lion or tiger in the cast.](https://youtu.be/cny_D50Rr44)
Did you guys know that I’m in love with Alison Brie? I would have her babies.
Really excited by the surrealist vibe to this. It’s like they adapted stories by Samanta Schweblin or Carmen María Machado.

Loved the *other* Roar TV series.
Stellar cast – but I am not convinced. Apple TV+ does not have a good track record.
ALISON BRIE? IM IN
Please no more Nicole Kidman…She’s everywhere
