Dungeon Defenders 2011 release! That is a hard one!
Stanley’s Parable Ultra Deluxe
The Half-Life 2 trilogy if you want a shooter, Starfield Skyrim and Fallout NV if you want open world RPG, Titan Quest if your looking for a diablo-CRPG mixture, Subnautica if your looking for a survival game, Telltales The Waking Dead if your looking for some heavy story.
The Stanley Parable. Not many achievements, but getting 100% legitimately isn’t easy.
Doom eternal, Wolfenstein the new colossus. Good luck, and happy hunting.

Well, you’ve got BL3. Might as well do BL2.
I hear Borderlands 1 has some tricky ones if you want a challenge, or to suffer.
The Fromsoft games. It becomes a really fun checklist of bosses to defeat, and loot to find.
Except the rings with the Dark Souls games. Those achievements suck.

Ghost of Tsushima is an incredible game. I recommend it it anyone who asks for recommendation

Alan wake 2 for you 100% since I see you like control and resident evil
Europa Universalis IV – the game has 363 achievements
Factorio got some interesting achivements . You got some speedruning , crafting high number of object, doings warcrime, destroying the environment and others
New Vegas for sure.

Halo MCC. Got 700 achievements.

Mass Effect Legendary Edition has the first trilogy. All achievements are single player and very doable but will require a few play throughs. They are some of my top games of all time.
