Besides the language, do you find most games to have larger regional differences such as a complete change in game title, cover art etc.?
This one caught me by surprise with how different the presentation of the game is. The disc, booklet, and inside cover art are completely different from region 1 to region 3 for Afrika as an example.
Which games or series have you noticed a big variance in presentation across regions?

Hey, so I got around to playing the Luto demo, and it's very good! However, I've stumbled across two secrets, and I need help solving the final one. The first was that if you pick up a note in the "HELP Room", the radio turns on and repeats "HELP". Not too out of place for a horror game. But I noticed earlier that the game had a HELP option in the menu, but it didn't redirect to the devs website or something, but instead just said "You don't need it." Funny joke, but I wondered if I pressed it now if it would do something. It does! It gives you a broken script (I'll link a clip I made of it: https://youtu.be/KvNj__w-w90?si=LqcrqM1h-F0G0UeE)
But the one I can't solve is that key in attached to this post. It's in the infinite hallway room after you get attacked. It reminds me of S...
