I feel like UFO Conspiracy Theorists have either a distinct misunderstanding of the scale of the universe or an inflated belief on the importance of humanity.
Do aliens exist? I’d go so far as to say absolutely 100% without a shadow of a doubt. Hell, we may even share a universe with an alien species with FTL travel. But have these theoretical FTL capable aliens ever visited earth? I’d be shocked if they’ve even been within 100 Lightyears of Earth. There are roughly 500 billion star systems in our galaxy alone, if you give each one 2 planets and one of them a moon that makes 1.5 Trillion celestial bodies that could potentially host life. And most solar systems will have much more than just 2 planets and 1 moon.
We absolutely cannot be the only intelligent life in the universe. Humanity isn’t that special, and I wouldn’t be shocked if there were a million concurrent intelligent civilizations out there alongside us + tens of millions of fallen civilizations.
This guys channel really kicked off when people were claiming the pentagon was releasing footage of alien spacecraft.
A lot of people in this thread are praising this content, but a year ago the opinion was that if you don’t believe aliens are frequently visiting Earth, or that the Russians/Chinese/US government had extremely advance technology then you were closed minded.
This was laughable because the footage was clearly of a slow moving balloon or bird.
For those unable to listen to the video: It is 39 seconds long. It explains that the object is an illusion caused by reflected light from a ground-based solar power station. There’s a nice practical illustration using an overlay on Google Maps which recreates the exact illusion.
