Absolutely loving the Into the Spider-Verse like animation they’re using here.
The humor is top notch and I cannot wait to see their interpretation of Goldie Locks and the Three Bears. Love what they did with Humpty Dumpty in the last film.
Please let this be the return of more serialized Dreamworks films. Nothing against comedy, but it’s been so long since the last Kung Fu Panda and HTTYD type of film.
Not to big into this animation style for this movie. I get they’re going with something new, but it clashes a bit with the previous movies. Also I hope everyone revisits the original Puss in Boots. It’s genuinely funny and surprisingly beautiful to look at
The inconsistent visual style is weird to me. I’m all for being more stylized and creative with animation, but this just gives me whiplash compared to something like Klaus or Spiderverse. And the plot doesn’t seem like anything to write home about; generic humor that already feels dated.
Also, small thing, but the 3 Bears already exist in the Shrek universe and they don’t look like that…
I won’t mind if Dreamworks focus on this type of animation style after The Bad Guys and this movie.

Dreamworks has been on a role lately.
Looks fun 🙂
From HTTYD series to the Bad Guys and now this one, I love the progress made by DreamWorks on the style and rendering.
In comparison Disney/Pixar stuff looks good, but in some way more lazy / incoherent / uncanny.
The fairy-tale look of Puss in Boots (2011) was perfect for the concept, so I don’t know why they would change it.
Puss’s fur is just drab now.
This animation looks gorgeous.

WTF is that animation style?? And why is Antonio Banderas SCREAMING all of his lines??

Love the animation style! And the humour seems to be perfect, too. Didn’t even know this was being made, but now I’m looking forward to it.
Wow that looks super awesome
Spider-Verse has brought out the best in western animation recently, this is no exception

Why is the animation so shitty?
A full litterbox is in the film? Ewww!
But everything else looks cool enough.
This looks so good. Both trailers have been fantastic. Love the retirement home angle with Puss down to 1 life left.
