That box is CRISP
That’s the one I received for Christmas in 3rd grade but with the grey zapper. Still have it.

Orange Zapper dates it to 1989 or later.
Christmas 1988 we got one of the last grey zapper units before the US Federal Toy Gun Law took effect.

So, that’s a high condition box considering that variant of the NES Action Set was released in 1989. So it’s 34 years old.
The real question I have, is what condition the NES and components that are/were inside, are in? OP, you have any photos of that by chance?
That red gun came out and absolutely flipped the script. I actually kinda feel like that was the 1st ever color swap in the videogame hardware world.
