That scene makes me ugly cry every single time.
That was such a great episode. One of my top 5 in P&R.
Really one of the best episodes. I’m sure many of us could relate to the feeling too
I wasn’t a big fan of the final season, but this scene was not only the best scene of the final season of Parks and Rec, but probably one of the best scenes in the entire series.
A few years ago I left a job after three years, I had gotten close to a bunch of my coworkers I was sad when I left but I knew it was the right thing to do. Here I found out nearly all of my former coworkers except one had left the store within six months after me and I never saw any of them again.
Oh man, I was so annoyed when this season started off with Ron and Leslie all of a sudden hating each other but this episode was worth it.
Might be my favorite episode of the show. Just Ron and Leslie interacting, showing why they’re two of the best sitcom characters ever.
Such an amazing scene. And here is a palate cleanser, [Ron gives a tour of his business](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G_HElObfg98).
If you ever last a really long time at a job this always happens. People move on and someone’s got to be the last of the group standing.
I’ve been at my job for 8 years. About half of my core group of work pals are gone doing other things. It sucks but if the job is worth staying at then you just need to make new friends. You did it once. You can do it again.
I feel like time jumps are rarely executed well, but Parks and Rec definitely pulled it off
Yeah this got me. I dont know why, maybe cause im deep in a career now and Covid changed so many things, but “i looked up and didn’t recognize anyone” really really hit me hard.
Ron’s conflict in the last season was legitimacy painful.
