Now that I’ve already bought mine, I can share my secret lol. You can get them cheap-ish broken from Japan and use the parts from the Panasonic DVD-XV10 to fix a broken drive. Paid $200 shipping included from Yahoo Auctions for a broken one and $10 off eBay for the DVD player. Be warned, it’s a cluster fuck trying to take apart the Q
