  • I’m definitely excited for this movie but the choice of music in the trailer was… not what I expected. I dig it though, at least they didn’t do a slowed down over-the-top dramatic cover of it.

  • **Synopsis**: Val has reached a place where he feels the only way out is to end things. But he considers himself a bit of a failure—his effectiveness lacking—so he figures he could use some help. As luck would have it, Val’s best friend, Kevin, is recovering from a failed suicide attempt, so he seems like the perfect partner for executing this double suicide plan. But before they go, they have some unfinished business to attend to.

  • I saw this at Sundance 2 years ago. Just assumed it was going to be a lost movie. Christopher Abbot steals the show here. He’s fucking hilarious in this. Every joke of his killed me. It’s basically a dark comedy until the last 15 minutes, then it’s surprisingly tense.

I guess not to sound like a marketing shill; it is only 80 minutes, which was weird as hell.

  • Jerrod Carmichael’s recent stand up special Rothaniel for anyone who hasn’t seen it is fucking jaw dropping. It’s a truly unique experience and he bares his fucking soul out. The honesty he talked about the things weighing on him is beautiful and I hope he finds some peace.

  • I absolutely adore Jerrod Carmichael. Rothanial was brave and hilarious. And I’ve been a massive Christopher Abbot fan since the film James White. Anyone who calls him “discount Jon Snow” has no clue how much more talented an actor he is than Kit Harrington. Been waiting for this film for a while, cannot wait to see it.
