Just went to RI Comic Con this past weekend, and the amount of Art The Clown cosplay and collectibles that were there was amazing. It’s awesome to see how much popularity his character has gained ever since All Hallows’ Eve came out. That being said, I wasn’t a massive fan of Terrifier 2. I still have high hopes for this one. Fingers crossed
I don’t care for movies that are torture porn for guys who love to watch women get humiliated and brutalized so I’m not gonna watch it, I know nobody asked but idk, also I love love the return to illustrated movie ads instead of photoshopped celebrities heads floating in space and fading off in the background with just the title and their names listed
I tried to watch the 2nd one. In thought it was a big 😴 myself. Couldn’t get into how random and strange it is. The fact they are making a third one is crazy
I can’t tell if Reddit loves these movies or if the marketing team are all Redditors. Really, I’m not sure why anybody would like them tbh. But who am I to judge
Eh, Terrifer 2 was just too over the top cruel to the point that the ultra violence was just kind of sensitizing and the plot got needlessly ‘explainy’ and supernatural
Saw the re-release of the 2nd one this past week and got a limited edition early release of this poster plus an exclusive preview of the 3rd one. It’s gonna be quite the talking point when it releases I think.
I hope they’ll drop the ridiculous and boring story part. 2h30 for Terrifier 2 was way too much and even with great gore and horror scene it made for a terrible viewing experience.
The simplicity of the first one with the creativity of kills of the second one would be the perfect blend.

I really don’t get the appeal of these movies. I get there’s the commercial market and people are passionate about practical effects but at some point you need to actually make the movie part instead of just 10 chained together Halloween haunted house scenes
To each their own, but these movies are genuinely deranged and I really, really do not understand the appeal.
I understand that these movies are campy or ironic or whatever, but at the end of the day you can’t enjoy this movie unless you enjoy watching multiple prolonged scenes of graphic torture. Hard for me to get my head around that.
