Great job!! I hope this hashtag becomes super popular again so people are out the cleaning up the mess we’ve made.
Imagine how many jobs there would be in this country if we paid people to clean up the trash along every roadway and waterway. We could employ even more people if we actually sorted and cleaned our recycling so that we could get most of it into production again instead of making more and more plastic/paper products.

Omg we make so much trash… I throw away that amount in an hour working at a bar. The plastic cups are considered ‘trash’. 100 an hour easy, it’s terrible.

I got about 50 pounds of trash out of the Tillamook State Forest in Oregon the other day. I felt bad leaving after my 5 bags were filled next time I’m bringing an entire roll.
