🥓🍍𝔹𝕒𝕔𝕠𝕟 𝕎𝕒𝕤𝕙𝕖𝕕 ℙ𝕚𝕟𝕖𝕒𝕡𝕡𝕝𝕖 𝕆𝕝𝕕 𝔽𝕒𝕤𝕙𝕚𝕠𝕟𝕖𝕕 🍍🥓
– 2 .5 oz Bacon Fat Washed Bourbon – Soul Scarlet @middlewestspirits
– 3/4 oz Grilled Pineapple Brown Sugar Syrup
– 2 dash Burlesque Bitters @bittermens
In a rocks glass, combine all ingredients and stir to combine. Add a large ice cube and stir to chill. Garnish with whiskey brown sugar candied bacon and a thin slice of charred pineapple. Enjoy!

I have never tried this, and never even thought about putting bacon anywhere in a cocktail of alcohol in any sorts… But im not gonna lie, this is something im definitely trying.
