I gotta say, I really like the “from permanent teenager Seth Rogen” credit they’ve been putting on this movie. That’s cute, and I hope the movie lives up to it’s potential. TMNT was everything to me when I was a kid, I was totally obsessed. Hopefully I enjoy this movie, too.
I wonder what is going on out of the frame of this poster that Mikey would be airborne (and seemingly falling face-first) on a skateboard holding a pizza. Like what scenario would whatever he’s doing be useful?
I’m actually excited for this. It’s the TMNT we grew up with as kids in the late 80s/early 90s and Rogen seems like he has the same nostalgia. I still remember going to the store and getting $4 TMNT action figures to play with my brother.
This will be a film that lives or dies by its critical reception I gather. It certainly looks unique, especially compared to the last series, emphasizing the “teenage” part of the title.
I wanted to love this, but from the trailer, I don’t like the animation style…and I don’t mind the turtles being voiced by kids….it’s just some of them don’t fit, like Donatello and Michelangelo’s voices should be swapped.
I’m curious about this for sure. The animation looks cool and I’m at least intrigued by the tone. I hope (and assume) that there’s more to it than just teenage shenanigans, but I’m definitely gonna keep an eye on it.
Ever since I watched the new animated Spider Man I was wondering if the animation style would become prevalent or at least popular. Looks like they did something similar here?

Casey and April are my faves

Maybe he’s a really extreme waiter or something?

I want this movie to be good so badly. I love the 1990 film and we’re overdue for another great Turtles movie.
Watching Meg 2 that weekend most likely

The last good TMNT movie was TMNT. Hopefully this one can bring back the magic that movie had for 12 year old me.
Really excited for this movie.
