>In the West End of 1950s London, plans for a movie version of a smash-hit play come to an abrupt halt after a pivotal member of the crew is murdered. When world-weary Inspector Stoppard (Sam Rockwell) and eager rookie Constable Stalker (Saoirse Ronan) take on the case, the two find themselves thrown into a puzzling whodunit within the glamorously sordid theater underground, investigating the mysterious homicide at their own peril.
You had me at Sam Rockwell. Never seen anything less than a great performance from him. He can really elevate an otherwise unremarkable film. Mr. Right is a pretty good example of that. It’s breezy & fun. With most of that being due to his & Anna Kendrick’s chemistry.
Very strange coincidence this movie title is in a Beatles song (lady Madonna) and the knives out sequel is called Glass Onion (a song off of the Beatles White Album)
This got me wondering if anyone keeps tabs on the record for most people on a movie poster, I’m sure there’s more than this somewhere, but my god this is silly.
I think they missed a trick by not having the poster painted to match the look of an old Hitchcock poster for example. Would have looked pretty awesome and suited the film.
WHY ARENT THE NAMES MATCHED UP IN ORDER OF INDIVIDUAL? UGH
In theaters September 16

A Rockwell-Ronan buddy cop mystery is something that I never knew I needed. I expect this to be a lot of fun
Saw the first two names, stopped reading.
I’m all in.
Should scratch that Knives Out itch
Also the Typeface and kerning on the title is pure bullshit

This does make me want to seee it
Cool to see Reece Shearsmith get a role in something different. I’m sure he’ll kill it
A detective movie! I love detective movies. Sam Rockwell is a bonus. Saoirse is a double bonus
I’m looking at this cast and their poses, and wondering why I don’t see Wes Anderson anywhere
Looks good
I’ll watch any movie with Sam Rockwell in it
Pretty good movie. Felt a little bit knockoff Wes Anderson at points though
Very strange coincidence this movie title is in a Beatles song (lady Madonna) and the knives out sequel is called Glass Onion (a song off of the Beatles White Album)
but please no sequel named see how they run 2
Anything that has Adrian Brody or Ruth Wilson in it makes me excited, I hope they have at least one scene together.
Oh look, floating heads
This got me wondering if anyone keeps tabs on the record for most people on a movie poster, I’m sure there’s more than this somewhere, but my god this is silly.
I’ll watch anything with Sam Rockwell
Adrien Brody is doing everything lately.
Can’t wait to see it! Recognized St Martin’s Theatre.
See How They Run and Don’t Worry Darling are releasing consecutive weekends? How is September my most anticipated month for movies this year?
Saoirse is so damn talented. It’ll be cool seeing her in a more comedic role this time
I love that Knives Out brought back Hollywood Whodunits… or was it the success of Murder on the Orient Express?
floating torsos >> floating heads

It’s not the sequel to *Three Blind Mice*.
Just like the sequel to *Now You See It* isn’t “*…Now You Don’t*.”
I see Sershe I watch.
I’ve never seen a bad movie with her.
I think they missed a trick by not having the poster painted to match the look of an old Hitchcock poster for example. Would have looked pretty awesome and suited the film.
If you’re gonna do ‘cram a whole bunch of floating heads,’ this ain’t a bad way to do it.
Good to see Reece Shearsmith in a Hollywood movie, he is criminally underrated actor.
Lady Madonna
anyone else notice the Adrien Brody renaissance lately? what happened to him for the past 10-15 years??
I legit thought that’s Michael Che in a bowtie.
I hope this kind of posters go extinct
I like a good old fashioned who done it mystery. I’m interested!
You can tell who got payed the most by their size in the poster.
Sam rockwell is one of my favourite actors ever amd i am so excited for this
Been on a Saoirse Ronan binge this month so I’m very excited for this
I love me some Rockwell.
Do I!? DO I?!
i am a simple woman, I see Sam Rockwell, i become happy.
The trailer was great.
It’s like ever since Murder on the Orient Express was remade we’ve been getting more stylised Who Dunnit movies.
Murder on the Nile, knives Out, Glass Onion, See How They Run. Give us more.
I’m delighted to see Sam Rockwell on screen again. One of the most underrated actors ever.
Sam and Saoirse. Already a great movie lol
